Relax while listening to the vibrational sounds of metal Tibetan singing bowls or crystal singing bowls, the gong, the ocean drum and other light percussion instruments, helping you to attain a meditative state.
Bring your yoga mat, pillow and blanket or if you prefer to sit, chairs are available.
Yogi tea, gluten free snack and bottled water supplied.
