Feel the vibrations of peace and love. Relax while listening to the sounds of metal Tibetan singing bowls, the gong, the ocean drum and other light percussion instruments.
Bring your yoga mat, pillow and blanket or if you prefer to sit, please bring your chair.
Yogi tea, gluten free snack and pure water supplied.
