What is a Sound Journey?
A Sound Journey is a meditative experience using sound vibrations from instruments like crystal singing bowls or Tibetan bowls along with light percussion to promote relaxation and healing.
How can Sound Journeys benefit me?
Sound Journeys can help reduce stress, enhance emotional well-being, and promote a deeper state of relaxation, allowing for healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
What should I expect during a session?
During a session, you can expect to lie down comfortably while soothing sounds envelop you, guiding you into a meditative state. We do have chairs available if you prefer to sit. Each session is unique and usually include various instruments for a holistic experience. Private sessions are tailored to your needs.
Are there any prerequisites for attending?
No prior experience is necessary to attend a Sound Journey. All are welcome, regardless of age or background, as the sessions are designed to be accessible and beneficial for everyone.
How often should I participate in Sound Journeys?
The frequency of participation can vary based on individual needs. Many find attending monthly or bi-monthly sessions beneficial for maintaining relaxation and well-being, but it’s best to listen to your body and intuition.
